1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the vipph 48 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the vipph 48 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access the full features of the vipph 48 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• You are the rightful owner of any payment method used to fund your vipph 48 account.

Know Your Customer (KYC): vipph 48 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by vipph 48 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vipph 48 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: vipph 48 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. vipph 48 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vipph 48 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Modification: vipph 48 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the vipph 48 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply:

• RNG Certification: All non-live games on the vipph 48 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent audits.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and is not subject to RNG.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vipph 48 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

vipph 48's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipph 48 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vipph 48 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Responsible Gaming

vipph 48 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal from a payment provider.

• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of your account for cause, vipph 48 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance net of applicable bonus funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting vipph 48 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the vipph 48 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact vipph 48 support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. vipph 48 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall limit vipph 48's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of vipph 48's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. Amendments to These Terms

vipph 48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vipph 48 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the vipph 48 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
